伊豆半島の松崎にさつま揚げで人気の「はやま」というお店があります。
こういう地方の人気店って地元の活気のためにも大切です
There is a popular shop called "Hayama" in Matsuzaki on the Izu Peninsula, known for its delicious satsuma-age.
I often buy from them whenever I visit the Matsuzaki area in Izu.
Even if you don’t go directly to the shop, some local supermarkets carry their products, so I sometimes buy them there too.
These kinds of beloved local shops are essential for keeping the local community vibrant.
The Izu Peninsula is blessed with a scenic coastline. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere really refreshes the spirit.
Yet, when I think about the local economy, I feel it would be great if more people came to visit. I’d say this area is experiencing the opposite of overtourism.
As a big fan of Izu, with an old house here, I do appreciate the quiet and calm.
At the same time, I hope more people can discover the beauty and appeal of this place.
